Plan limits: domains, prompts & competitors
Each plan sets how much you can track. Here are the current numbers.
- 1 domain
- 10 prompts per scan
- ChatGPT only
- No custom prompts
- 1 competitor on the board
- 2 prompt rows & 1 recommendation visible
- No history, no automatic rescan
- 1 domain slot
- 30 prompts per scan
- ChatGPT, Claude & Gemini
- 5 custom prompts
- 10 competitors on the board, 3 addable by hand
- Everything visible, nothing blurred
- 3 months of history · rescan every 14 days
- 5 domain slots
- 50 prompts per scan
- ChatGPT, Claude & Gemini
- 20 custom prompts
- 25 competitors on the board, 10 addable by hand
- Everything visible, nothing blurred
- 12 months of history · rescan every 7 days
Paid plans start with a 14-day trial and aren't charged until it ends.
The two competitor numbers
These are different budgets, and it's worth knowing which one you're hitting:
- Competitors you add by hand — rivals you name yourself, because you already know who they are. Free 0 · Pro 3 · Business 10.
- Your competitor board — rivals GEOpulse detects in your scan results and promotes automatically. Free 1 · Pro 10 · Business 25.
Anything above the board limit isn't thrown away. It keeps accruing evidence in the background and can move onto your board after a later scan, so raising your plan surfaces rivals that were already being tracked rather than starting from scratch.
Domain slots
A domain slot is used by each domain you own and by every competitor report you choose to track — tracking one consumes a slot exactly as adding another of your own domains would.
Because Pro includes a single slot, it's taken by your own domain. To open a competitor's full report you'd need to free that slot or move to Business, which has five. You can still see every competitor's visibility and the gap against you on the Pro board — tracking is only needed to open their complete report. Your current usage is shown on the Billing page.
When you hit a limit
GEOpulse won't silently drop data. You'll be asked to either remove something — an old custom prompt, a tracked report you no longer need — or upgrade for more headroom. Paid features you don't have are shown blurred rather than hidden, so you can always see what an upgrade unlocks.
