Who can see your report
GEOpulse keeps one report per domain. A domain is scanned once and that single report is read by everyone entitled to it, rather than each customer paying for a duplicate scan of the same website.
That's cheaper and it keeps everyone's numbers consistent — but it does mean a report can have more than one reader, so it's worth knowing exactly who sees what.
The three levels of access
The whole report: score, every prompt, competitors, history and recommendations. This is you for your own domain, and anyone who spent a domain slot to track it.
Someone whose own scan turned your business up as a direct rival. They see how visible you are and the shared prompts — never your recommendations.
No relationship to the report at all. Signed in or not, they get nothing.
Competitor access is narrower than it sounds. It's only granted when your domain was classified as a direct provider competitor in that person's own scan — not because you were mentioned in the same answer, and not because they typed your name in. Marketplaces, platforms and brands never gain it.
What is never shared
- Your recommendations. They're the paid deliverable of whoever owns the domain, and they're only ever visible at Full access.
- Your custom prompts. These stay yours at every level, including between two people who both hold the same report at Full access. An auto-generated prompt describes the market; a custom prompt reveals what you're worried about, so it never leaves your account.
- Your account details. Billing, email and settings are never part of a report.
When a shared domain is scanned, it runs the union of every entitled reader's custom prompts — but each reader only ever sees results for the prompts they wrote themselves.
The public report page
Separately from all of the above, GEOpulse can publish a cut-down public report for a domain at geopulse.gr/report/your-domain.gr. This is the page used for outreach and for sharing a snapshot with a client or colleague.
It's deliberately partial: a score, the AI model breakdown, a handful of prompts and a few competitor names. Recommendations, full prompt results and history are not on it — those require an account with Full access.
If you found your own business on one of these pages and would rather control it, create an account and claim the domain: the existing report attaches to your account rather than being scanned again from scratch.
Tracking someone else's report
If a competitor appears on your board, Track this competitor on their profile opens their full report and uses one of your domain slots. It doesn't start a new scan and it doesn't notify them — you're reading a report that already exists. Untracking frees the slot again and drops you back to the competitor-level view.
